Willowdene Farm

Willodene Farm was established in the mid 1990’s as a Christian drug rehabilitation centre, and has provided a growing number of residents with a new lease on life. Their unique combinations of medical help, spiritual help, vocational skills development and healthy (farm based) lifestyle have resulted in many transformed lives. A high percentage of residents completing the programme have, in fact, been able to find employment in different fields (current statistics are available on request).

The establishment has been growing consistently over the years, and has recently installed a computer network suite to widen the facilities on offer, which has resulted in CLAIT and NVQ level 1 qualifications being obtained by residents being trained there.

A new tree nursery has been established, and a fund-raising project to send a 4 wheel drive truck to a 3rd world country has been successfully completed, and included filling the truck with tools, equipment, clothing and many other items donated to Willowdene Farm for this specific project.

Willowdene Farm has established additional accommodation in nearby Bridgnorth. Training facilities continue to grow in all areas, and higher level IT qualifications in the form of the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) have already begun, this being the new IT qualification which is recognised across the whole of the European Union.
