Helping churches to formulate vision, decide direction and implement appropriate structures.
Through ICLC (International Christian Leadership Connections) we provide oversight to a large number of churches in many nations, working hand in hand with International Connections to support and initiate self-help projects, e.g. sewing factories, agricultural, wood-working and mechanics workshops.
A world wide network of relationships committed to the breaking down of barriers between races, cultures and churches, promoting unity and the building up of relationships and churches.
Bringing Christians together from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures that the world may see we are one in Christ Jesus.
Initiating and implementing innovative evangelistic programmes to see the nations won for Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom, primarily at local church level and overseas.
Our objective is to see new churches raised. These newly emerging churches need leaders, thus our commitment to raising a new generation of leaders through our Training programs, Intercession, Oversight for leaders, Non-denominationalism and Social Action.
Aimed at equipping today’s church and preparing tomorrows leaders. We also have Overseas Missionary Training College.
We recognise the need and obligation to pray for each other by responding to the prompting of the Lord by the Holy Spirit to pray for specific needs at different levels. Praying in keeping with God’s heart and mind for all situations.
We have a core apostolic leadership team that inputs into the lives of leaders. Leaders are also encouraged to nurture relationships across the network which will help them grow and develop and provide that much needed sense of belonging.
non-racial/cross cultural. Connections places a primary emphasis on working across denominations and cultures, fostering unity for the advancement of the Kingdom.
Identifying and responding to needs and showing the love and compassion of Christ in a tangible way. Social Action is no longer an optional extra but an essential part of the Gospel to demonstrate the Kingdom of God on earth. It is part of the Kingdom Manifesto.

In many countries of the world children are in great need. Connections
has responded to this need by setting up children’s homes. We are able
to support work in Guyana, India and the Philippines.
Supporting education is a prime objective of the charity. We have been able to support children, teachers and building schools in Guyana, Uganda, India, Bangladesh, and there is a school and a university in Family of Faith, Shawnee, Oklahoma, USA.
The training of future workers and leaders was a key part of the original vision. The first bible school was set up in Hauraruni, Guyana and this is still in place. There is also a bible school in the Philippines in the island of Mindanao. There are training centres in Kenya and Brazil.
A large part of the monthly donations goes through sponsorship to support workers, pastors, children, students at bible school, teachers and in one case a doctor. Sponsorship takes place in Guyana and the Philippines monthly. Uganda is supported on a quarterly basis.
There is a feeding programme in Albouystown, Guyana and in Malawi we have helped during famine to not only feed people but give seed and then a maize mill. Many of the areas are very poor and much of the donations go to feed and clothe people meeting the basic needs.
Over the years Connections has been able to support many building programmes, of churches, schools and children’s homes. Currently we are supporting a large building programme in the Philippines (Dipolog). The building will house children, a bible school and the church. In France we are helping with a church building in Mantes La Jolie. In Uganda we are helping to build classrooms. In Brazil we have been helping....
Some churches and individuals send aid in barrels or packages. Contact us if you are interested.
Visits are always welcome. They can have a variety of purposes: to teach or preach at a bible school or in a church; to teach in an educational area; to help with children; to help in a practical way such as building. The visits can be short or long term and almost always result in a life changing experience. Some churches arrange trips where a number of people with different skills join in and bless the people while also building strong links overseas. If you are interested please contact us.
The Medical Team is led by Dr John Sloan and Dr Myra Sloan. The team visit different countries with the aim of meeting medical needs and at the same time showing the love of Jesus. The idea is to have a team big enough to deal with the medical side while at the same time spreaking the gospel to those who have come to receive. It is common to see a large number of people making decisions for Jesus. Another aim is to see local people getting educated on health needs so that they can meet......
Over the years Connections has been involved in many projects concerning buildings, social action and education. We have provided a maize mill in Malawi, many churches in different nations, and education buildings, orphanages and agricultural projects. At the momeny we are supporting the building of a new church in France and massive building in the Philippines which will house a children's home, a bible school and a church, a new centre.

There are two operational arms to Connections
|
First Operational Arm
The first is the relational dimension, which serves by helping leaders and churches to reach their full potential in God and to fulfil their vision. God and His kingdom are larger than any of our spheres of influence, and He desires for these spheres to be linked together in a living and dynamic manner to more effectively carry out the Great Commission.

Second Operational Arm
The second formerly known as International Connections has a principle objective to raise funds and resources (providing a ministry of helps) to support the work of local churches overseas in reaching their nation with the gospel and caring for the people in their communities.
